The studio
loom started as a single chair, a window, and a refusal to rush. We work small on purpose. Bring a photo, an opinion, or nothing at all, and we will figure it out together.
The room holds two chairs. We book one client per stylist per appointment. That means quiet hours, considered work, and time to actually talk about what you want before scissors or colour touch your hair.
The studio is run by Emma, with a small bench of stylists who share the same pace.

Meet Emma
Emma has been behind the chair for twelve years. Trained in classic cutting and self-taught in lived-in colour, she opened loom as a quiet response to the fast-chair salon model: fewer appointments, more attention, hair you can actually live with.
Her favourite work is a long appointment with someone who knows what they want and the time to get there. Her second favourite is a long appointment with someone who has no idea what they want, but trusts the conversation.
